How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS. Due to this, we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way (please email us for tracking).

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Please allow up to one week for your order to process, and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 3 to 4 weeks. For international orders, please allow up to 4 to 5 weeks.

 

Why Does Shipping Take So Long?

Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the consumer. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, that we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

 

I've Ordered Two Products, But Have Only Received One... What Is Happening?

Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
